This video demonstrates a precision heat sealing process for a specialized medical device component using a Thermal Press International thermal assembly system.
The process begins with the operator loading the inhaler cartridge and film layer into a custom fixture. Once secured, the operator initiates the thermal cycle using the dual safety controls. A power shuttle table positions the assembly beneath the heated thermal head, where the film is precisely heat sealed to the top of the inhaler component. After the sealing cycle is complete, the tooling returns to its home position and the finished assembly is removed.
