The image above provides a closer look at the versatility of our tooling solutions.  It is an example of a fully adjustable X and Y axis alignment fixture system.  TPI tooling fixtures and thermal press systems are designed to provide quick change application specific tooling.  In this case two cell phones are placed in a clamping fixture for staking a sheet metal battery flow.  The thermal head can easily be interchanged plus the fixture is mounted to a quick change pallet for ease of set up with the X and Y alignment maintained regardless of the number of times it is changed to run other applications.
